Directions:

For facial exfoliation, apply 1-2 times a week on freshly cleansed damp skin in light circular motions for 30 seconds. Remove with cool water and follow up with your Truth Treatment Systems regimen. To be used on the face with a cleanser only.

For body exfoliation, apply 3-4 times a week on feet, knees, elbows, or thickened calloused skin. Rinse clean and apply Omega 6 Healing Cream.
