Face Facts Training was set up by Lindsey McEnroe an Advanced Aesthetic Nurse and Aesthetic Trainer. Face Facts offers a wide range of aesthetic training to medical professionals and Jacqui will be providing the training for Platelet Rich Plasma and also Mesotherapy.
Platelet rich plasma (PRP) is fast becoming one of the most natural treatments for both facial and body rejuvenation. The treatment offers a truly organic alternative to dermal fillers and anti-wrinkle injections.
PRP uses the patient’s own blood to rejuvenate their appearance. The blood contains growth factors and proteins which stimulate the body to repair and restore tissues using the body’s own natural processes. With this technique, you can rejuvenate the skin by isolating elements from the blood which can then be injected  to help wrinkles, folds, acne scars and promote hair growth.
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy, also known as the ‘Vampire Facelift’ or ‘Dracula Therapy’  was introduced into the aesthetic industry in 2005 and has been growing ever in popularity.

Is PRP safe?

Research shows that PRP obtained from the patient’s own blood is safe, with very minimal risk of complications and allergic reactions. As the platelets are obtained from the patient’s own blood, there is no risk of disease transmission or risk of rejection.

How much does the treatment cost?

Treatment prices starts from £300 for the face or from £250 for the eye area

What results can be expected?

Each client results do vary but most will require 1-3 sessions usually 4-6 weeks apart and the results can last up to 18 months.
