How Does Lip Filler Work?
It is a cosmetic procedure that can give you fuller, plumper lips. The lip fillers we use contain hyaluronic acid.
Hyaluronic acid fillers can improve the appearance of your lips by adding:
- Shape
- Structure
- Volume
The effects typically last around six months. After that more injections are needed to keep the volume of your lips.
Is it Painful?
Prior to treatment our aesthetic nurse will apply a local anaesthetic cream to reduce discomfort. The procedure involves a series of injections into the lip area with an ultra-fine needle for minimal discomfort.
How much will I need?
This will be discussed at the consultation. Our aesthetic nurse will carry out a lip examination and discuss the amount options with you.
How much will it cost?
Lip filler is priced at £169 for 0.5ml and £250 for 1ml.
I am suitable for the treatment?
A full medical history will be taken into consideration prior to treatment. There are certain conditions which may exempt you from having treatments. We can not treat anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding.
Are there any side effects?
It is can be common to experience some possible swelling, bleeding, bruising or redness. More rare side effects will be discussed in consultation.
