Description

The AnteAGE® Moisturizer is designed to provide your skin with deep hydration, moisturization, and assists in repairing the skin’s protective barrier. Following corneotherapy principles, this emulsifier-free formula relies instead on skin physiologic lipids (fatty acids, phosphatidylcholine, ceramides, cholesterol) to create a homogenous and comforting cream that respects skin functionality.

With a wealth of benefits including anti-oxidant activity, anti-aging, anti-pollution, anti-inflammatory, skin regeneration, brightening, blue light protection and skin microbiome support, this daily moisturizer nourishes the skin and provides the tools required to maintain skin barrier health, integrity, and homeostasis.

Benefits
  • Restores essential lipids, fatty acids, ceramides, and cholesterol to the skin – Rapidly increases moisture and hydration levels to prevent dehydration
  • Soothes and comforts irritated skin; reduces inflammation
  • Increases brightness and clarity on dull skin
  • Supports skin microbiome integrity which strengthens skin defense – Regenerates and heals skin while fighting aging
  • Protects against environmental pollutants and solar Blue Light
  • Acne safe and non-comedogenic

KEY INGREDIENTS

Safflower Seed Oil | A plant derived lipid rich in essential Omega 6 Linoleic Acid, a key fatty acid in skin barrier restoration. Deficiency of this fatty acid leads to a variety of skin diseases and ailments.

Kiwi Seed Oil | Extracted from the seed of the Kiwi Fruit, this Omega 3 plant lipid is enriched with Alpha-Linolenic Acid to deeply moisturise and protect the skins barrier.

Inulin | A unique, chicory-derived carbohydrate that acts as a prebiotic, feeding and nourishing the residence of commensal bacteria on the skin for microbiome integrity. Proven to reduce the damaging effects of preservatives on the skin within two hours. Better at increasing hydration levels than Hyaluronic Acid.

Ectoin | A natural amino acid derivative in the family of molecules known as extremolytes, known to protect organisms in the most extreme, hostile environments. Clinically proven efficacy and benefits include protection against pollutants, blue light/UV/IR protection, collagen synthesis, microbiome and barrier support, anti-irritant, anti-inflammatory, reduces oxidative stress, and helps improve pigmentation concerns.

Saccharide Isomerate | A plant-derived carbohydrate whose molecular structure mimics that found in the ECM of the skin. It can bind to skin cells drawing extensive amounts of water, creating deep hydration and a moisture reservoir that lasts up to 72 hours.

Tasmannia Lanceolata Fruit / Leaf Extract | An Australian superfruit that has proven to reduce activity of the TRPV1 receptor, which reduces skin discomfort, and dramatically soothes and reduces irritated/red skin. Decreases expression of PGE2, IL-1a, and IL-8, for a marked reduction in inflammation.

Terminalia Ferdinandiana Fruit Extract | Derived from the Australian Kakadu Plum, this fruit has the highest content of Vitamin C from any botanical known. A powerful anti-oxidant that expresses the SVCT-1 receptor for vitamin C transport. Proven benefits include collagen synthesis, reduction of oxidative stress, increase in brightness and luminosity, and reduction of inflammation.

Cholesterol / Glucosyl Ceramide / Phospholipids | A natural, highly purified and concentrated blend of monogalactosylceramide, cholesterol and phospholipids that are analogous to human epidermal lipids. These are key molecules of the stratum corneum for maintaining the integrity of the skin barrier, protecting skin from dryness and insuring the cohesion of corneocytes. Renews epidermal keratinocytes and prevents trans-epidermal water loss.

Xylitylglucoside / Anhydroxylitol / Xylitol | A combination of sugars and sugar alcohols that have proven skin benefits including reinforcement of the skin barrier, optimizing water reserves, and increasing native lipids and hyaluronic acid. Increases Kallikrein for proper desquamation, increases Ceramide 1&2 plus Cholesterol, increases Caspase-14 enzyme for NMF, increases Keratin, Loricrin and Transglutimase-1 for maturation of the cornified envelope, increases epidermal and dermal HA synthesis by 31% and 20%, and increases Aquaporin-3 levels for water transport. Strengthens skin barrier and prevent trans-epidermal water loss.

Tocopherol | A natural, 100% sunflower derived Vitamin E that contains a mix blend of the most dominant lipid soluble antioxidant in the skin. Healing, reduces oxidative stress, and moisturises.

PolyGF-8 | A blend of 8 skin-identical proteins, in a physiological balance, that support epidermal and dermal health, tissue regeneration, collagen synthesis, reduce inflammation, reduces fine lines and wrinkles, and supports cellular renewal.
