Since 2009, Medifine has combined a medically-led clinic in Chapel Allerton with a thoughtfully curated online skincare shop, established in 2016.

With over 10 years of experience delivering skin treatments and advice, I’m passionate about helping clients feel confident and in control of their skin health. I qualified with GNVQ Levels 2 and 3 in Facial Therapy.

Over the years, I’ve developed a strong belief in a holistic, 360° approach to skincare. Skin concerns are often connected to lifestyle, internal health, and emotional wellbeing, so I focus on addressing the root causes, not just the symptoms.

That’s why I carefully source and manage our collection - curating products I genuinely trust, and believe can make a real difference. I care deeply about helping our clients achieve lasting results that support both their skin and overall wellbeing
With a long and respected career in the NHS, I originally trained as a Registered General Nurse before specialising in areas including Midwifery, Intensive Care, Respiratory and Travel Health.

That experience has shaped the way I practise today - always putting safety, care, and ethical standards first. After moving into aesthetics over a decade ago, I’ve since become a qualified Nurse Independent Prescriber and completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Non-Surgical Aesthetic Practice.

My focus is on natural-looking results and building trust with every client I see. At Medifine, we never take a one-size-fits-all approach - it’s about listening, tailoring, and ensuring you feel safe, supported and confident in your skin.
Joining Medifine in 2024 as the second daughter in the team was an exciting opportunity to bring fresh energy to a family business rooted in care, expertise, and a genuine passion for skin health. I’m proud to carry forward our family values while creating meaningful connections with every customer.

I’m passionate about bringing our story to life, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the care and professionalism that defines us.
I’m a General Practitioner based in North Leeds, working part-time in a busy GP surgery and dedicating the rest of my professional time to supporting Medifine Aesthetics and Skin Clinic.

Bringing my medical expertise beyond the surgery, I find looking after people’s skin to be a vital part of their overall health and wellbeing.

As Medical Director, I’m committed to offering honest, patient-focused care in every aspect of our clinic and shop. I’m here to answer questions, and guide our customers to the right treatment or team member.

Our Story

Medifine began in 2009 when husband and wife, Dr. Geoff Hall and Nurse Jacqui Hall, combined their medical backgrounds to open a skin clinic in Chapel Allerton, Leeds. A clinic built on medical expertise and a shared belief: that healthy skin comes first.

In 2015, Lucy joined the clinic as a skin therapist. With a passion for holistic skin health, she saw that care shouldn’t stop at the clinic door — and so Medifine’s online shop took shape.

Launched in 2016, the shop has become a natural extension of our clinic — rooted in the same values of integrity, expertise and care. We’ve spent years curating a skincare collection we genuinely believe in, sourcing globally from trusted brands across the UK, USA, Korea and beyond — all chosen for their science-backed ingredients and real results.

Today, Medifine remains a family-run team, blending medical insight with personal experience to offer advice that’s honest, supportive and tailored to you. We’re here to help you care for your skin with confidence — not for perfection, but for health, balance and long-term results.
