HOW DOES ENDYMED WORK?
EndyMed Tighten uses 3DEEP Skin Science to deliver focused radiofrequency energy deep into the skin, heating dermal tissue to the optimum temperature to stimulate collagen. Skin is tightened and lifted by heating the fibroblast and collagen cells to sufficient levels and depths. This requires a course of treatments and results are accumulate, as new collagen is stimulated.
EndyMed FSR
Fractional Skin Resurfacing creates tiny radiofrequency columns deep in the dermis. Heating and causing minor injury to provoke the skins natural healing response stimulating collagen and elastin production.
HOW LONG IS THE RECOVERY TIME?
EndyMed Tighten
This is a non-invasive treatment with minimal downtime. Clients can experience warmth and slight redness to the skin resolving very quickly on its own, within 24 hours.
EndyMed FSR
Redness and heat in the skin is expected after the treatment, may have some swelling particularly around the eye area if being treated. A couple of days after small scabs will occur on the surface of the skin and the skin maybe dry and flaky. A recovery gel will be supplied to help soothe and calm the skin, usually this will resolve within a week.

No, the specialist technology, 3DEEP Skin Science, means that the intense heat is delivered deep into the dermis while the top layer of skin, the epidermis, remains comfortably warm.

Topical anaesthetic is applied prior to treatment to make this procedure as comfortable as possible.

HOW LONG WILL THE PROCEDURE TAKE?

The treatment time will depend upon the size of the area/areas being treated but will generally take approximately 30-45 minutes
EndyMed FSR
Treatment session is longer due to topical numbing cream being applied to the area being treated for approximately 30-60 minutes beforehand.
WILL I SEE RESULTS QUICKLY?
EndyMed Tighten
A course of 6 treatments over an eight-week period is recommended, results increase over a period of six weeks.
EndyMed FSR
A course of 3 treatments is recommended four to six weekly and often you may see improvement in the quality of the skin after the first treatment.
However with both treatments the results are progressive and not immediate yet seen over the course of the treatment sessions. The effects will be cumulative, as new collagen continues to be produced and optimum results seen 3 months after your last treatment.
WHO CAN HAVE THE TREATMENT?
Both treatments are considered safe for most people who are in overall good health. The procedure is contraindicated for people who have certain medical conditions or for women who are pregnant/breastfeeding.
HOW LONG WILL RESULTS LAST?
We normally recommend a course of six treatments for skin tightening and a course of three treatments for a FSR to begin with and then a maintenance treatment for both procedures is needed every few months.
